Mini Movers
Mommy and Me: 30 Minutes

Little Dancer: Ballet 45 Minutes, Jazz/Tap 1 Hour
Mommy and Me - Under 2
Introduces dancers under the age of two to the joys of movement while laying the foundation for proper dance technique. Through engaging and age-appropriate activities, children explore ballet's graceful movements and tap's rhythmic beats, developing coordination, balance, and musicality in a fun and supportive environment. Dress Code: Solid color leotard (no loose skirts), skin tone or pink tights, pink ballet shoes and white tap shoes.
Tiny Dancer - 2-3 Year Old
This ballet and tap combo class builds on foundational skills with a focus on more refined movement and technique. Dancers will explore basic ballet positions and tap rhythms through engaging activities, enhancing coordination, strength, and musicality while still keeping the fun, energetic atmosphere.
Dress Code: Solid color leotard (no loose skirts), skin tone or pink tights, pink ballet shoes and white tap shoes.
Little Dancer - 4-5 Year Old
Ballet: Introduces more advanced positions and movements, building on the fundamentals with a focus on proper technique and form. This class is designed to be both educational and fun.Jazz/Tap: Builds on the basic movements and creating more complex rhythms. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and expression through energetic exercises and fun routines, all while refining their flexibility and strength.
Dress Code: For ballet, solid color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair pulled back in a bun. For Jazz/Tap, form fitting clothing, skin tone jazz shoes and white tap shoes, hair pulled back.

Recreational Classes
Level 1: 6- 8 Years Old
Level 2: 9-11 Years Old
Level 3: 12 & Over
Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of all dance. Through barre, centre, and floor work, we teach the basics of technique, terminology, and musicality. Dress Code: solid color leotard, pink tights, canvas ballet shoes, hair pulled back in a bun, optional ballet skirt or leg warmers. *On days with ballet scheduled, students are to arrive to classes in their ballet uniform.
Lyrical
Lyrical combines the technique and grace of ballet and jazz. This class focuses more on musicality and emotion. Dress Code: fitted clothing, skin tone footpaws, hair pulled back.
Jazz
Jazz is an energetic class with a strong focus on technique and upbeat music. Dress Code: fitted clothing, skin tone jazz shoes, hair pulled back.
Tap
Tap is where we make music with our feet while learning rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Dress Code: comfortable clothing and black full sole tap shoes
Hip Hop
Hip Hop is high energy and focuses on a variety of styles and movements. Dress Code: loose pants or top, tennis shoes, hair pulled back.
Musical Theatre
Musical Theatre is jazz based, honing in on performance skills while combining song and dance. Dress Code: fitted clothing, skin tone jazz shoes, hair pulled back.

Acrobatics
Acro is where we develop strength, flexibility, and control while learning safe, progressive acrobatic skills.Dress Code: form fitting athletic clothing (leotard and fitted shorts or leggings preferred), hair must be securely pulled back, no jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches), bare feet
Placement Policy: Class placement is based on skill mastery and safety, not age. Instructors reserve the right to move students to the class that best supports their development.
Class Requirements: Beginner: No experience necessary, designed for athletes learning basic flexibility, balance, strength, and introductory acro skills.Intermediate: Consistent cartwheel (both side encouraged), bridge with straight arms, handstand (able to hold for 3-5 seconds against a wall or independently), kick over from bridge (recommended, not required). Class focus - front and back walkover progressions, limbers, aerial preparation, and flexibility.Advanced: Solid back walkove, solid front walkover, one-handed cartwheel, round off with proper technique, ability to perform skills without a spot. Class focus- back handsprings, aerial progressions, front and back tumbling connections, advanced flexibility, and dance acro combinations.
